Here, we carefully tend an organic herb garden featuring over fifty varieties of medicinal plants, edible flowers, and heirloom apple varieties, transforming nature’s bounty into products and experiences that nourish both body and soul.

Starting from scratch, with tenacity and dedication, we planted the seeds of our future, creating an apple orchard and a lush medicinal herb garden. The sustainable buildings, constructed using green building techniques with wood salvaged from Storm Vaia, symbolize our commitment to sustainability and our deep connection to the Dolomite region. Every one of our products embodies this story, woven from dedication, meticulous work, and an unconditional love for the mountains.
