Our History
At first, few people could understand it, but for us, our dream had been crystal clear from the very beginning: a life on the farm, close to nature, starting our own family farm. We started with an empty plot of land—a couple of hectares we’d bought with our savings—our children still very young, and a steep hill to climb.
Step by step, we planted medicinal herbs and an apple orchard, with sustainability as our top priority. Today, our green-building facility—constructed using wood salvaged from the trees felled by Storm Vaia—stands as a symbol of our commitment to the environment and our deep connection to the Dolomite region. Founded in 2016, Naturalpina is an atelier of Alpine wellness where every product embodies deep dedication, meticulous craftsmanship, and a vibrant passion.
Alice Pedon: the founder
Alice Pedon is the founder of Naturalpina, an agricultural entrepreneur who has turned her passion for plants into a sustainable and innovative business. She has created an organic herb garden featuring over fifty varieties of aromatic plants and edible flowers, which she tends from sowing to hand-picking at their peak.
Her expertise in blending herbs and her in-depth knowledge of their medicinal properties enable her to create products of the highest quality: herbal teas, jams, juices, and the Dolomite Botanicals line of natural cosmetics. Alice also hosts events, workshops, and guided tastings, with the aim of helping people reconnect with nature.

The herb garden
When you wake up, you can stroll freely among the fragrant herbs of our organic garden, admire the colors of the apple orchard and the surrounding woods, and visit our animals: chickens and ducks peacefully wandering through the meadows, our friendly rabbits, and our little pig, Artur. The outdoor areas are entirely at your disposal for moments of relaxation, reading, or simply to reconnect with nature.
Our 2,000-square-meter organic garden is home to over forty species of aromatic and medicinal plants, which are hand-harvested to make food and cosmetic products.
At an altitude of 1,780 meters, in the heart of the UNESCO-designated Dolomites, we also cultivate an alpine garden featuring the prized edelweiss, which is used in the products of the Dolomite Botanicals line.

The apple orchard
In our organic apple orchard, we grow three modern, disease-resistant varieties and six rare heirloom varieties dating back to the mid-19th century, to preserve biodiversity and rediscover authentic flavors. Our fresh, crisp apples are turned into juices, chips, and jams blended with berries and medicinal herbs.
THE STORE
The Herb Shop
Our shop is where the ancient wisdom of the land meets the desire for modern, mindful well-being. Every product you find here comes from our organic crops and the creativity and artisanal care with which we transform the herbs and essences of our region into juices, infusions, and cosmetics. We also offer custom-made packages. Hours: Tuesday through Friday 9:30 AM–12:00 PM, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM. Saturdays until 6:00 PM.
THE LOCATION
HERBARIUM
Herbarium is a space located inside the Naturalpina barn, nestled in the garden with views of the Dolomites. It is the perfect venue for private and corporate events, photo shoots, workshops, and courses offered by the Botanical Academy. We offer educational farm activities, guided tours of the vegetable gardens, and herbal tea tastings.
ACCOMMODATION
OUR LOFT
Our eco-friendly studio apartment is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the rejuvenating atmosphere of Naturalpina. An authentic stay surrounded by the scents of aromatic plants, with views of the Dolomites.
THE LABORATORY
Located at the heart of our farm, the workshop is where everything is transformed through an ultra-short supply chain, directly from our herb garden, where we hand-harvest each plant at the peak of its aromatic potential.
The process continues with a ritual of patience: the meticulous manual preparation, flower by flower, the natural drying, and the creation of the blends all take place entirely in our in-house workshop. Here, our hands are our most precious tool, guardians of ancient techniques that preserve the purity of the alpine herbs. Each product is one-of-a-kind, a work of skilled craftsmanship created to bring you the authentic spirit of the mountains.
