We restore and cultivate rare 19th-century apple varieties and traditional plants native to the Dolomites, preserving authentic flavors that were in danger of disappearing and promoting the local culinary heritage.

Every jam, syrup, and other product is handmade in small batches, following traditional recipes that bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients without the addition of artificial preservatives.
