ACTIVITY: Did you know that plants communicate with us through scents? Olfactory Forest Bathing is a wellness practice that invites you to immerse yourself in nature through your deepest sense: smell. It helps you instantly reduce stress and rediscover your inner balance. In this workshop, we’ll explore the pure essential oils of various plants—especially conifers—together, learning to recognize the forest’s healing messages. The experience will also include a hands-on session in our Herbarium, where you’ll create your own Aroma Roll: a handy pocket-sized glass vial designed to keep the essences you connect with most close at hand, using the recipe you’ll learn in this workshop. So you can carry the regenerating power of nature with you at all times, throughout the day. All this in the exclusive atmosphere of Naturalpina, accompanied by delightful herbal infusions made with organic herbs and flowers.
