TASTING BOX – ALPINE HERBS AND FLOWERS

Our tasting box contains four different infusions made from the leaves and flowers of plants grown in our medicinal garden in the Dolomites then harvested and processed by hand:

ALPINE INFUSION

This aromatic blend, with the characteristic scent of alpine flowers, contains Chamomile with all its authentic fragrance.

The plants are handpicked then dried at low temperature, so they preserve their natural aroma. The refreshing notes of Wild mountain fennel blend perfectly with the intense aroma of Achillea flowers. The vibrant Calendula petals give a splash of colour to this rich blend.

RESTORATIVE INFUSION

A well-balanced blend of two varieties of Mint, a plant with powerful digestive and restorative properties. Zesty Peppermint, with its crisp leaves and high menthol content, is sweetened by Lesser calamint with its smaller, more delicate foliage. When blended properly, the result is sweet and refreshing.

FLORAL INFUSION

A meadow in a cup; this blend is a riot of floral colours and flavours, making it both pretty and delicious. It contains Elderflowers which release all their delicate scent in the water, Sweet sage which gives fruity undertones, old English and French rose petals which add a warm aromatic note and the dainty Cornflower, with its blue, pink and white flowers.

RELAX INFUSION

This infusion, with a base of soft Lemon balm with relaxing properties and a pleasant lemon fragrance, has structured notes of Blue mallow, a plant rich in emollient properties which gives this blend its colour. Petals of Crimson bee balm, with its digestive effect and bergamot flavour, and Clary sage flowers give this unique and original blend aromatic notes, rounded off and sweetened by the distinctive flavour of the Lippia.

Grown organically in our aromatic garden, the Lemon balm is handpicked when at its most concentrated, dried in our workshop at controlled temperature then sifted completely by hand to preserve its fragrance and precious properties.

The box contains 12 sachets

Leave to steep for 5-7 min in hot water (95°C)

The sachets are biodegradable and the cardboard box can be reused as a container
