ORGANIC MOUNTAIN APPLES
The Fruit of the Dolomites
Our organic apple orchard
The ideal soil and fresh mountain air allow us to grow wholesome apples in our family orchard, just a stone’s throw from the Belluno Dolomites National Park. We farm organically, without using products that are harmful to the environment or pollinators, in a pristine valley backed by the stunning scenery of our mountains.
The surrounding forest, the ideal altitude, and the absence of intensive farming ensure healthy, crisp apples with a perfect nutritional balance. We recommend eating them with the skin on to reap the full benefits of this precious fruit’s antioxidant, probiotic, anti-inflammatory, and blood-sugar-lowering properties.

A wealth of biodiversity
After months of research, we have selected three modern, disease-resistant varieties and six rare heirloom varieties from the mid-19th century, featuring unusual shapes and the flavors and aromas of days gone by. We are reviving these unique and special apples to highlight the importance of biodiversity and share the true origins of this fruit. We are delighted to share with you what is now found only in a few rare home gardens.
