Traces of Foliage, the Senses of Autumn

Sunday, October 19, at 3:30 p.m. – The third edition of the “Tracce di Foliage” festival, dedicated to the senses of autumn and sponsored by the City of Belluno, features us in one of the six fascinating events scheduled from October 15 to 26.

For food lovers, Naturalpina is offering an immersion into the world of apples on Sunday, October 19.
With warm days and cool nights, autumn is the best time of year in our valley for apples to ripen.

This fruit, which is just waiting to be discovered, offers a wide range of flavors; as you move from the skin to the flesh, it’s exciting to explore the aromatic notes, texture, and structure of the different varieties.

This sensory complexity deserves to be rediscovered and appreciated,
